Pirate Bay asked to Keep up Torrent

The founder of the small software company Coding Robots found out that one of his applications had been cracked and shared on The Pirate Bay. Instead of asking The Pirate Bay to remove the torrent,He sent a ‘Notice of Ridiculous Activity’ because the crack didn’t live up to his expectations.

Stop Adobe CS products from phoning home

Adobe has shipped with its CS products a product "phone home" feature, some would call it spyware, others would say its for their "product updates". While the reasons can be many, the simple fact adobe does not make it apparent what they do with this information nor offer an easy upfront user option to disable this "feature".

A global launch consisting of more than 150 developer-focused events, Microsoft Corp. announced the general availability of Visual Studio 2010 and .NET Framework 4. The company also announced that Silverlight 4 will release to Web (RTW) later in the week. Together, these technologies simplify the entire development process, enabling developers to target new platforms and build high-quality applications. Developers will be able to download Visual Studio 2010 and .NET Framework 4 in conjunction with the Microsoft Visual Studio Conference & Expo launch event in Las Vegas.
